Arlo Cigna PPO plans give members access to virtual mental health support. Below is an overview of the available resources and how they can support your clients’ employees.
Virtual Mental Health
One of our in-network partners, Rula, offers individual therapy for members ages 5+ and medication management for members ages 13+. The average time to a first appointment is 25 hours, helping members connect with support when they need it.
Members also have access to in-network providers through Headway and Grow Therapy.
As a heads up: for non-HSA plans, Arlo plans also include 10 free in-network mental health sessions per year, whether in-person or virtual.
