SmithRx partners with 65,000+ pharmacies nationwide — major chains, grocers, and independents, plus mail order and specialty options. Members can compare prices using the Find My Meds tool in the SmithRx Member Portal at mysmithrx.com.
Why SmithRx Costs Less
SmithRx uses 100% pass-through pricing, meaning it doesn't keep manufacturer rebates or profit from spread pricing. Instead, those savings are passed through to the plan, helping reduce overall prescription drug costs.
Built-In Savings Programs
SmithRx automatically connects members with manufacturer copay assistance programs when available. It also guides members to lower-cost biosimilars when an appropriate alternative to a brand-name biologic exists.
This is made possibly by the SmithRx Pathways program (formally Connect 360), which automatically finds the lowest net cost for each eligible prescription.
